Bought. Projected. Sold.
Three numbers on every deal: what it was purchased for, what it was projected to be worth after repairs, and what it actually sold for. Rounded, city only, and honest about the projections.
How to read these. Purchased is the acquisition price. Projected ARV is the after-repair value estimated at the time of purchase. Sold is what the property actually sold for. All figures are rounded, ARV is a projection and not a guarantee, and past results do not predict future ones.
