This notice explains what happens to information you submit on this website. It is a plain-language summary and should be reviewed with my brokerage before the site goes live.

What I collect

When you complete a form, I collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, and any information about your property or what you are looking to buy. I also record which page you submitted from and, if you arrived from a campaign link, basic campaign information.

How I use it

I use your information to respond to your request, send the deal information or valuation you asked for, and follow up about real estate services. If you check the text-message box, I may text you at the number you provided. You can reply STOP at any time to stop texts, and you can ask me to stop emailing or calling.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to Follow Up Boss, the customer-relationship system I use to manage leads, are copied to my email, and are saved in a private log file on my website host so that no inquiry is lost. I do not sell your information. I share it only with service providers who help me run my business, and as required by law or by my brokerage.
